Web Worx Labs is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic PPC to manage growth marketing and conversion rate optimization. In this cross-functional role, you’ll learn a lot and will have the chance to try new things on many different channels. In this role, optimization instincts, product savvy, and an analytical mindset are key to driving growth, engagement, and conversion.

Responsibilities

    • Understand customer lifecycle and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
    • Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end
    • Create & manage new user acquisition campaigns.
    • Conceive and execute a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.
    • Establish and Manage Conversion Funnels
    • Manage SEO.

You will use your interactive/digital creative experience to translate brand visuals for digital, web, and social media.

Responsibilities

  • Translates business and marketing goals into appropriate and consumable visual content for the target audience
  • Collaborate with the team and partners to conceptualize and optimize the visual content for various platforms
  • Ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
  • Create compelling and effective digital/social media designs
  • Contribute to brand development with fresh creative thinking

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital or interactive creative development (social media, web, SEM)

  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

This position will lead our content and communication efforts by focusing on creating new content, managing current marketing collateral, and supporting our marketing, sales, and partner teams.

The Ideal Candidate’s Responsibilities will include:

  • Create and manage Web Worx Labs online content
  • website copy, blogs, landing pages, case studies, and external content
  • Create thought leadership content both in-house and using outside experts: whitepapers, webinars, infographics, external blog contributions
  • Provide support to our sales and partner teams by creating and managing their collateral: presentations, demo decks, product data sheet
  • Establish yourself as a product expert and make sure Web Worx Labs messaging is consistent both online and offline
  • Create, manage and update Web Worx Labs nurturing email campaigns
  • Assist the marketing team with social media copy and messaging

Requirements & Preferences:

– University degree in Marketing, CCIT, English, journalism, communications, or a related field, combined with 2-4 years of related experience

– Experience creating and managing content in a technology B2B company (preferably in agency)

– Experience working with modern CRM and content management tools (WordPress, email marketing tools, landing page builders)
