"A fantastic app and experience uniquely showcasing our patented technology. It was well received both from internal stakeholders (sales team and executive team) and was a WOW factor at our major event!"Feroze Merchant, VP of Marketing, Midas Safety
We make the boundaries, attendance target and budget clear in the plan.
Do you find investors for our offering?
No. We market your event and manage registrations. Your team, and your dealer where one is required, handles every conversation about the offering.
Can you run events for a 506(c) offering?
Yes. Rule 506(c) allows general solicitation when every purchaser is accredited and the issuer takes reasonable steps to verify that. Verification stays with you or your provider, and your counsel approves the materials.
How many investors can you get into a room?
It depends on the city, the offering and the budget. We have filled a room of about 200 investors. Your plan shows a realistic estimate for your event.
How long does it take to plan an investor event?
Six to eight weeks is ideal, including time for compliance review. If your date is closer, we can still run a focused fill campaign.
What does an investor event cost?
Investor events start at $25,000, depending on format, city and how many investors we need to reach. You get a written plan and cost range within two business days.
